Terms and Conditions of Use
Version 1.5 · October 11, 2026
This is a courtesy translation. If there is any difference between this version and the Spanish one, the Spanish version governs.
The short version
- What you get: screens for the TVs in your store (packs of 3 for $19,900 COP a month), a website by subscription (Presence, Business or Growth Plan) or a custom special project (Enterprise Plan: video, animation, renders and 3D models).
- How you buy: on this site or by agreeing it with us on WhatsApp. Before paying you see the plan price, VAT, the payment processing fee and the total. The Enterprise Plan has no published price: it is quoted on WhatsApp.
- With your monthly subscription, we design, launch and maintain your website on the hosting you purchase, and you can use the screens app and the dashboard while your subscription is active.
- No long-term contract: you're billed on the 30th of each month, and if a month goes unpaid, your site is paused on the 6th with your content saved. You have 5 business days to withdraw, unless you ask us to start right away.
- Free plans are supported by Arrierito Digital ads.
- Your photos, copy, products and logo are always yours.
1. Who we are
Arrierito Digital is a digital signage and website service for businesses, domiciled in Cartago, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. The company is being registered with the Chamber of Commerce; its legal name and tax ID (NIT) will be published in this section as soon as they are issued.
The service is intended for businesses. By purchasing or using any plan, the business accepts these terms and keeps the rights that Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 grants to consumers.
2. The service
- Screens: an app for Android TV, Google TV, phones and tablets that loops the images and videos the business uploads to its dashboard, and keeps playing the last content it downloaded if the internet goes down.
- Website: we design it, launch it and maintain it, and it adapts to phones, tablets and computers. Depending on the plan, the business manages it from the dashboard, sells with card payments and receives orders in the dashboard, and sends email campaigns to customers who opted in.
- Visitor analytics: included with every site, with no cookies and no personal data from visitors.
- Dashboard: accessed with an authorized Google account and intended only for the business’s staff.
- Special projects (Enterprise Plan): video, animation, renders, 3D models and 360° tours for the business’s brand, produced by our team and its partners. Scope, deliverables, timing, price and usage rights for each piece are set in the quote we agree on WhatsApp.
The business provides the TVs or devices, the mounts, the internet connection and the power at its location.
3. Your website, by subscription
What the business pays for is a monthly subscription. While it is active, the business has the right to use its website, the app and the dashboard; the subscription covers design, launch and maintenance. There is no one-time setup fee.
Hosting: Arrierito Digital does not sell hosting. The site is published on hosting that the business purchases and pays for directly with the provider; we recommend options and help with the purchase, or we use the business’s existing hosting if it is compatible. That cost is not included in the monthly fee and is disclosed separately before payment. We guarantee that the site will work on that hosting and that we will maintain it while the subscription is active; we are not responsible for outages, charges or decisions by the hosting provider, but we do help manage them.
Domain: the domain is registered in the business’s name; the business owns it and can take it elsewhere at any time. Arrierito Digital is listed as the technical contact only to manage it while the service lasts. If the business asks us to buy it on its behalf, the cost is disclosed separately and the registration stays in the business’s name.
Who owns what: the copy, photos, logo, brand and any other content the business provides belong to the business. The design, template, code and tools we use to build and manage the site belong to Arrierito Digital. While the subscription is active, the business holds a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site.
If the subscription ends: within the following 30 days, we hand over the content (the copy, images and data the business gave us) and release the domain so it can point it wherever it wants. The site stops being available; the code and template are not delivered or transferred. If the business wants the site to stay live with another provider, we can quote a static handoff version.
4. Plans, pricing and payments
Plans and their prices, in Colombian pesos (COP), are those published in the Pricing.
- Published prices are the price of each plan. At checkout, VAT (when it applies) and the payment processing fee (the cost of processing the card payment) are added; the summary shows each amount and the total before you pay.
- Screen plans and website plans can be combined, and their prices add up.
- Billing is monthly. The yearly plan is agreed in writing: you pay for 10 months and get 12, and the monthly option is always available.
- The Screens ×3 plan includes 3 ad-free screens and is sold in packs: each pack of 3 screens costs $19,900 COP a month. Single screens are not sold separately. Each location can have up to 6 screens, including any free screens that come with its website plan. Additional locations are quoted separately.
- How much content each business can upload depends on its plan: 25 MB on the screen plans, the Presence Plan and the Business Plan; 50 MB on the Growth Plan, and by agreement on the Enterprise Plan.
- Online store sales carry a per-transaction fee, which is disclosed before you sign up.
- Before paying, the business sees an order summary: the plan price, VAT (calculated on the plan and the fee), the payment processing fee and the total.
- How to buy: on this site, with the purchase form, or by agreeing it with us on WhatsApp. The Enterprise Plan and special projects have no published price: they are quoted on WhatsApp based on what the business needs, and the agreed price is put in writing before work starts.
When and how you are billed: the monthly fee is charged on the 30th of each month (or the last day, if the month has no 30th) and covers the following month. The first payment is made at sign-up and covers, prorated by day, from that day until the next 30th; if fewer than 15 days remain, it also covers the next full month. Subsequent monthly payments are made through the payment link we send by email.
Payment: online payments are processed by Bold, which receives the card details directly under PCI DSS standards. Arrierito Digital never sees or stores that information. If the purchase is agreed on WhatsApp, we explain how to pay there. The receipt is sent by email. If you have a dispute with your bank over a charge, you can also contact us: resolving it together is faster than a chargeback.
Invoice: for every payment, we send an electronic invoice to the registered email, issued to the person or company indicated at checkout. Changes to billing details must be reported before the next charge.
Price and price changes: your plan keeps the price you saw when you signed up. We may adjust plan prices; if your price changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies only from the first charge after that period, never to a month already paid. If you do not agree, you can end the subscription before it takes effect, with no penalty.
5. Expiration, cancellation and commitment
- No long-term contract: the subscription is month to month. The business can cancel at any time by contacting us, with no penalty, and the service continues until the end of the month already paid.
- If a payment does not come through: we send an email reminder on the 25th, and another on the 1st if the payment was not received. If it is still pending on the 5th, the site and screens are paused on the 6th and show a placeholder page. There are no late fees or interest.
- Reactivation: once we receive the payment, we reactivate the site within one business day at no extra cost. We keep the content and settings for 60 days from the pause; after that, without payment, we consider the subscription ended, email the content to the business and delete the site and data, except for anything the law requires us to keep.
- We may end the subscription with 30 days’ notice; if we do so without the business having breached these terms, we refund the unused portion of the month.
6. Right of withdrawal, refunds and payment reversal
Right of withdrawal: anyone who buys through this site has five (5) business days from accepting these terms to change their mind without giving a reason. Just contact us with your order number and we will refund everything you paid, to the same payment method or the one you prefer, within fifteen (15) calendar days (Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, art. 47; Law 2439 of 2024).
If you asked us to start right away: to start your site without waiting those five days, you checked a box at checkout authorizing us to begin immediately. When a service begins with the consumer’s agreement, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (Law 1480, art. 47, item 1). We confirm by email the date and time we started; before that moment, the right of withdrawal still applies.
Monthly fees: each month, you pay for the upcoming month of service. Fees for a service already provided are not refunded. If, through our fault, the service is not provided as promised, the business can require us to provide it properly or to refund the amount for that period (Law 1480, art. 11).
Payment reversal: if you paid by card and were a victim of fraud, did not authorize the charge, did not receive the service, or the service does not match what was offered, you can request a payment reversal by filing a complaint with us and notifying your bank within five (5) business days of finding out (Law 1480, art. 51; Decree 1074 of 2015, chapter 51). Nothing in these terms limits that right.
7. Free plans and advertising
- Free Screen: one screen at no cost. In exchange, 30% of the time it is on, it shows ads chosen by Arrierito Digital, either our own or from other brands.
- Website plans include 1, 2 or 3 free screens, depending on the plan, under the same ad terms.
- Screens on the Screens ×3 plan do not show Arrierito Digital ads. That plan does not also include the free screen.
8. Which sites we build and which we don’t
We build sites for businesses that operate within the law. We do not build or maintain sites that promote or facilitate illegal activities or activities in legal gray areas, for example: gambling or games of chance without a Coljuegos license, illegal substances, sexually explicit or adult content, weapons, lending not supervised by Colombia’s Financial Superintendency, unauthorized investment schemes, crypto or currency exchange, counterfeit products or products without a required registration, impersonation of other brands, scams or misleading advertising, and any content that violates the rights of third parties or minors.
Review before we start: when we receive an order, we review the business and its content. If it does not fit this policy, we let you know within three (3) business days, we do not start, and we refund 100% of what you paid within fifteen (15) calendar days.
During the service: the business is responsible for the content it publishes and for having the right to use it. If, after publication, we find content that violates this policy, we will notify you and give you five (5) business days to fix it; if it is clearly illegal or puts third parties at risk, we remove it immediately. If it is not fixed, we end the subscription: we do not charge for the following months and we hand over the content as described in "If the subscription ends." We comply with orders from the authorities and report what the law requires us to report.
9. Your content
The photos, videos, copy, products, prices and logos the business uploads or provides remain its own. The business authorizes us to store them, adapt them (for example, resize them) and display them only to provide the service.
We may show the business’s logo and screenshots of its site as examples of our work, unless the business asks us not to.
For special projects, who may use each piece produced (video, animation, render or 3D model), where and for how long is set out in the accepted quote.
10. Online store, orders and campaigns
- Online store payments are processed by the payment gateway under the business’s own account. Arrierito Digital does not receive the money from those sales or see any card details.
- The sale is between the business and its customer: the business is responsible for its products, prices, deliveries, invoicing, exchanges and customer service.
- Email campaigns are sent only to people who opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link that is honored immediately.
11. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. The contact details the business provides at checkout (business name, ID, email and phone) are used to set up and manage the subscription, bill, provide support and meet legal obligations; the business can access, update, correct or delete them, or withdraw its authorization, by contacting us. Card details are received directly by Bold; Arrierito Digital never sees or stores them.
We process the data of each business’s shoppers and campaign contacts on behalf of that business, which is the data controller with respect to its customers.
WhatsApp: conversations with us and, once the business turns them on, automatic notices of its paid orders go through WhatsApp Business, by Meta, which acts as a service provider. We only send the data needed to handle or prepare the order.
All the details are in the Privacy policy.
12. How the contract is formed
The contract is formed when the business checks the acceptance boxes and completes the payment, or when it accepts the order or the quote in writing (on WhatsApp or by email) and pays. That electronic acceptance is legally equivalent to a signature (Colombian Law 527 of 1999). We record the date, time, IP address and exact version of the accepted terms, and we send a confirmation email with the order summary no later than the next day. Each version of these terms is published on this page with its date.
13. Response times, availability and liability
Our response times: we respond to incidents (the site won’t load, something broke) and make the content changes included in your plan within 1 to 3 business days. Anything not included in the plan is quoted separately and done only if the business approves it in writing.
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not control the hosting or domain the business purchased from third parties, or providers such as Google Firebase or the payment gateway, so we do not promise a specific uptime percentage; what we do promise is to respond to the issue and work it out with them. If the internet goes down at your location, the screens keep playing the last content they downloaded.
Liability: we are responsible for our service as required by law. We are not responsible for failures of hosting, domains, payment gateways or other third-party services the business purchased directly; for the TVs, connection or power at the business’s location; for the content the business publishes; or for sales lost while the site is down for reasons beyond our control. None of this limits the rights Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 grants to consumers.
Force majeure: if an unforeseeable and irresistible event prevents us from providing the service, obligations are suspended for as long as it lasts and the time not provided is not charged. If it lasts more than 30 days, either party can terminate with no penalty.
14. Requests, complaints and claims
Contact us by email or WhatsApp (details below). We reply with a case number, date and time, and give you an answer within fifteen (15) business days at most.
If you are not satisfied, you can contact the consumer protection authority in Colombia, the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
15. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will notify businesses with an active plan by email 30 days in advance. The change applies from the next billing period; anyone who does not agree can terminate before then with no penalty. Each version is published on this page with its date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
