Screens

What kind of TV do I need?

An Android TV or Google TV running Android 12 or later. An Android tablet or phone works too.

Do I need to be online all the time?

Only to download your content. If the connection drops, the screen keeps playing the last content it downloaded.

How many screens can I connect?

The free plan comes with one screen and the Screens ×3 plan comes with 3. Need more? Add another pack of 3, up to 6 per location, including the free screens on your website plan. Have more than one location? Let's talk.

How much content can I upload?

It depends on your plan: 25 MB on the screen plans, the Presence Plan and the Business Plan; 50 MB on the Growth Plan, and by agreement on the Enterprise Plan.

How does the free screen plan work?

You pay nothing for one screen. In exchange, we show ads from other brands 30% of the time it's on.

Website

What does the website subscription include?

We design your site, launch it and keep it up to date. Depending on your plan, you can also manage it from the dashboard, sell through your online store and send email campaigns. Your photos, copy and logo are always yours.

Will my site look good on phones?

Yes. Every site automatically adapts to phones, tablets and computers.

Can I see how many people visit my site?

Yes. Every site includes visitor analytics: how many people visit, which pages they view and where they come from. No cookies and no personal data from your customers.

Account and billing

How do I log in to the dashboard?

With the Google account your business authorized. Soon you'll also be able to log in with a code sent to your business phone.

What happens if my plan expires?

Your screens and your website show a placeholder animation until the plan is renewed. Your content stays saved.

Who can see my content?

Only your business manages it. Screen locations are used only to manage your screens.
